I just picked up on this from youtube, a 20/20 segment about a baby who has been alive for 16 years, but has not aged.

does anyone else know about this? is this legit? it seems impossible to me, but it looks real.

Wow if that's real then why doesn't she learn? Mental age 9 months? Somethings seriously wrong.
