it always amazed me how people think a guy like rashard lewis who cant defend his lunch and is just a set shooter is better than turkoglu. amazing. tell you what, orlando will not be a factor this year with that loser carter on the team.

he is one of the most ovverated players of all time and turkoglu was a better fit for that team. think ray allen will be running circles around vince in the playoffs? it will be hilarious, until then sit back and enjoy the meltdown in orlando.

Lewis can't defend? I never felt that way about Lewis. Lewis also hurt us in the post, though he can't do that against the stronger, bigger guys.

he cant defend the post (primarily guys like garnett, wallace, and haslem) and he is not a big game player. notice how lewis dissapeared in the finals and left turkoglu and howard to pick up the pieces? rashard is a set shooter who will ocassionally drive and snatch rebounds. thats it. the celtics lost because they could defend howard and turkoglu in the screen roll game. now, that turkoglu is gone expect the celtics to beat orlando in 5. oh, and enjoy the orlando meltdown.

That's a few more years than most Portland fans would want, but can't argue with the fit.  Turk's a great 2nd or 3rd banana, and a huge upgrade over Outlaw and Webster.  I don't see why Rudy should be p---ed.  He'd still be the first guard/wing off the bench on that team, and it's not like he can't win the starting job over Turk later.
2016 CelticsBlog Draft: Chicago Bulls

Head Coach: Fred Hoiberg

Starters: Rubio, Danny Green, Durant, Markieff Morris, Capela
Bench: Sessions, Shumpert, G. Green, T. Booker, Frye
Deep Bench: CJ Watson, H. Thompson, P. Zipser, Papagiannis, Mejri

Lewis only hurt us in the post when he was going against PP or BBD, both shorter than he is. I doubt very seriously that he would have hurt us if KG was guarding him.

At this point, they will probably offer those two guys and Steve Blake to Philadelphia in a S/T for Andre Miller OR to Chicago for Kirk Hinrich.
