Here's a rough sketch of the calender.  Draft dates look to be set but I may tinker with the free agency period, presentations, etc...

July 20-24:  Draft Rounds 1-5

July 27-31:  Draft Rounds 6-15

Aug. 1-4:    Free Agency/Waiver Period

Aug. 5-12:   Team Presentations

Aug. 13-15:  Voting for Top 8 Seeds in Each Conference

Aug. 17-22:  Voting for Other Categories (Win Now, Future, Etc.)   What I would like to do, however, is have a voting for non-playoff teams in a category or two.

Aug 17-22:  Run Playoffs.  Seed teams 1-8 based on voting.  Run it bracket style.  One round per day.  That would be 1st round on Monday, 2nd round on Tuesday, 3rd round on Wednesday, and run the Finals over 2 days.

By the way, the above schedule is totally up to discussion and alternation if need by.  However, I don't want to tinker with the draft format.  I like the idea of 1 round per day the first week and 2 a day the second week.  Rather not have the draft linger into a third week.

Alright good... So what's the process for assigning teams to rookie owners? And, in the interest of keeping things simple I promise I won't move whatever team I get to Seattle. Which is too bad.

Right now, it looks like Chicago Bulls, Dallas Mavericks, Denver Nuggets, Washington Wizards, Minnesota Timberwolves, Oklahoma City Thunder, Phoenix Suns, and Sacramento Kings are available.

I will also be doing something for people interested in the Celtics.

Hell, could I take the Thunder and move them back?
