Havnt been on in a while. I thought i would float this out there. Thoughts on this trade. http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine.  If we bolster our frontcourt with Bosh. Could we survive with Marbury,House,Pruit, and maybe PP at guard spots? Considering a sign and trade for Bosh with Toronto.

That guard situation would be bleak I'm afraid.  I don't see any way that this trade would make us better...AT ALL.

Bosh and whoever. Bosh is a winner on a bad team. With Bosh abLle to spell Garnett you could almost play leon more at Center. You have Glen when the bigs need help. I like it.

Yes.  Yes.  Yes.

As long as Bosh signs an extension.

MLE offers to Miller and Kidd.  Whoever takes it 1st is the PG for the title team.

No, no, no.

It's not worth giving up our starting backcourt to have three elite frontline players.

In case anyone forgot, you can only play two at once, unless we want to go with a huge froncourt of KG/Bosh/Perk.  Could be interesting, but if we actually brought in Kidd or Miller, it'd be Pierce with 4 guys who can't hit a three.

Not a recipe for success.

People need to get off this idea of breaking up the best starting 5 in the NBA, and arguably the best starting 5 in a very long time.

Honestly, a lot of these trade proposals are the equivalent of trading Jacoby Ellsbury and Jason Varietk for an elite first baseman.  It'd be great we had an elite first baseman, but the downgrades we'd see at the CF and C spots and the fact that Lowell would have to go the bench wouldn't make up for the upgrade.

That is a TERRIBLE trade. Kills us in the backcourt completely and leaves us totally unbalanced.
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.
