 Michael Jackson’s family attorney Brian Oxmon made an emotional statement regarding Jackson’s death and his children’s welfare last night during an interview on the popular Nancy Grace show.

Grace: Where are the children tonight Brian?

Oxmon: His children are with the Nanny, they’re being cared for . Mrs. Jackson will take care of the kids, she loved them dearly. They are bright, they are so intelligent, they’re so talented. They are just wonderful children, they are a reflection of Michael Jackson.
 

"Nancy I know we've been at odds but I adore you..."

"I am just heartbroken... ( choked up) .....I appreciate your kindness of talking to me.”

 

Grace: “ Brian I think that many many people are stunned. Many of us were stunned at the time of he was pronounced not guilty in those molestation charges, but that now is no longer a visor, it’s between him and God.”

she's a foul woman.  That's what she does.

She along with Gloria Allred and Tom Sneddon were basically the head of the Michael Jackson lynch mob during that trial.  Can't say I'm really surprised.  She consistently defies all logic to maintain her gimmick of constantly fighting for the "victim" despite the fact that half the time she's wrong.  She never breaks character.  She's sick.

I really sad life M.J. lived and from early childhood he got screwed up by the people who he should have trusted the most.  I  think this long awaited rest is something he  is very happy with having been an icon from 11 years of age. 

His death is very similar to Elvis´s death as he got screwed by the people around him that he trusted the most and were looking to get money from him. No wonder he had few personal friends.

RIP Michael Joseph Jackson.

I'm only 14 so I don't have much input and I don't watch her show but my mom does and I've listened to it once and I legit want to go through the camera on set of the show smack her in the face and go back through the camera screen back home lol

OJ was found not guilty too, but he did it.  Same for MJ.

But with OJ, there was more concrete EVIDENCE to support the theory that he really killed Nicole and Goldman...He got away with it due to OJ's lawyers(and a cop's stupidity in uttering a racial slur) successfully using the "race card" along with conspiracy theories. 


With Michael, however, there was absolutely ZERO EVIDENCE that he did what people allege he did.  From the day I was born, and to the day I pass, I will ALWAYS take the Court of Law's decisions over the Court of Public Opinion 100 out 100 times.  And the term "Innocent until Proven Guilty" is there for a reason.   MJ was proven INNOCENT and that's the end of that.  I'm sorry that you feel otherwise, Smitty but INNOCENT is INNOCENT.

Why are his family members attending award shows when they haven't even solidified his funeral plans yet? Oh yeah, because they have a history of beating him, making fun of him, and threatening to "expose" him to make money (based on pure falsities). They continue to prove how his upbringing contributed to his strange behavior, right up to the end of his days. Classy, Jackson family.
