Your team can't shoot jumpers. Well except for that Bird guy ;)

PG Frazier     /    Pistol
SG  Hondo  /   Reggie
SF  Big O /    Dantley
PF  Moses   /    Unseld
C   Hakeem  /    Parrish

Not terrible, I like my starting a lot. A group of giant killers.

Why Reggie over Ray?

Longevity and attitude. I'm not saying anything bad about Ray's attitude or game, but every team needs a guy like Reggie, border-line dirty with the game to back it up. Think of him as my Posey,  ;)

Just a reminder... a poll for this will be created Monday!  ;)

Cool, I know everyone must be exhausted. I am. But now I have to suffer until next week to collect my TPs. lol. jk. good luck all.

Heres my squad by the way

PG  Magic Johnson       /    Chris Paul
SG  Julius Erving          /    Dwyane Wade
SF  Dominique Wilkins /    George Gervin
PF  Kevin Garnett        /    Bob Pettit
C   Shaquille Oneal      /    David Robinson

This team looks like a ton of fun to play with in an arcade video game.

I avoided Petite, because if this is going to be a poll, he'll pull less votes than Parish.

This isnt a popularity contest with me, I did some research, made a list and as people dropped I looked for replacements. Pettit was the best available and like Roy said, he shouldn't have lasted this long. 8)

True... but like someone said when signing up or not .... it's inherently hard to compare players of eras... I mean George Mikan didn't get drafted either.

Why did you pick Oliver Miller and why is he playing SF?  :P

I'm curious if there were other guys folks were thinking about. My list:

Bernard King -- one of my fav. non-celtics and a total warrior

Dennis Johnson -- he was the guy who guarded MJ and Magic in those 80s battles

Mark Jackson --- all-time assists leader and another of my fav. non-celtics.

Joe Dumars, Dikembe Mutumbo, Ray Allen, Alex English --- I considered late just as solid role/bench guys who play D, are efficient team guys and fit in.

Buck Williams, Jerry Lucas -- M-U-S-C-L-E

David Thompson -- never saw him but he was a scoring machine i think, right?

Steve Nash -- would take him over Mark Jax obviously. one of the truly great PGs

my assistant-to-the-assistant GM said to think about Nowitzki late in the draft.... but the Finals vs. MIA and choke against GSW really soured me on Dirk as an elite player.

I'm surprised no one took Payton as a backup PG.

pretty sweet team. only ?s are Tiny, Rodman, and Pierce(if it's Pierce from 07-08, then I feel ya)

I was thinking about it, but no one mentioned Chris Paul when i needed a backup PG. ;D

Hey I just wanna say thanks to Jsaad for coming up with this, TP. And TPs to all that participated. I can tell everyone here has a good basketball mind.

I had the day off and I had to watch my 2 year old little girl today.
Shes a .

This helped me pass the day very quickly, and kept my mind busy with the draft.(helped me tune out the theme song to  "SPONGEBOB SQUARE PANTS, SPONGEBOB SQUARE PANTS..."

Oh well, mommy's home now to take care of her. I'm taking a nap. LOL.

Good luck people!
