Well even I have to give the Lakers credit for that 16-0 run.  That did look impressive.

I really thought the Magic were going to win this game.  Granted this isn't over by any means, but if the Magic don't win this game and they let the Lakers win the title on their home floor, then I think it shows the Magic really weren't a finals team.  They couldn't as a team handle the big stage and just simply weren't good enough.

I think it proves that it was more of the Magic just being a terrible matchup (or perfect matchup if you look at it through the Magic's point of view) for the Cavs then them being that good of a team.

I mean you look at team that was one miracle Lebron miss away from sweeping the team with the best record in the nba who hadn't lost a playoff game to that point right out of the playoffs.  If a team does that, they should be able to beat this Lakers team.  Not in the Magic's case I guess.

You guys are much bigger than I. No chance I was or am going to watch this game tonight, knowing that the Lakers will win and I will have to hear how Phil Jackson is the best NBA coach of all-time. Next few weeks means staying away from all national media outlets when it comes to sports.

Did you really believe that these mental midgets could beat that ELLAY team and prevent Phil Jackson from winning his 10th championship as coach? This is one of the most depressing days in my 42 year Boston sports career.
Wins are few, times are hard. Here is your bleeping St Patricks Day Card.

Same here. The Orlando team we are seeing in the finals is what we all expected to see from this team in the playoffs.

this finals sucks. the magic need a bruiser. a mean guy. alston is the only guy with any attitude. pietrus is energetic but he's not really mean but a cheapshot artist.

The Magic look like they've already given up.

The way this game is going...it doesn't look like it.

Also, for those saying "wow good for you for even watching this game".  I just like to watch basketball.  I'm obviously a Laker hater and the game is paining me to watch, to see the Lakers dominating right now and the Magic rolling over, nothing falling for them, but still...I just like to watch basketball.

And by the way...Dwight Howard deserves even more criticism than he's already gotten after this game.  He really just did not show up tonight, I mean neither did his shooters, but he didn't either.  Just awful play in an elimination game in the NBA finals

Yup -- I thought they gave up during that 16-0 run. The game has been fairly pathetic since then.

R.Lewis and Turk suppose to be their main scorers but both are defering to much to others.I never felt Lewis was an all star player or worth the money they paid him...he is a one trick pony that fades in big games.Turk doesn't play a lick of defense.

Howard picking up his 5th was a prime example of this.

Worst finals since the Nets/Lakers.

The Lakers are so lucky... They avoid both the Cavs and Celtics.
