I'm not that worried. In this economic environment, he likely won't do any better on the FA market. Furthermore, while he's a nice player to have, he's not critical to the team success. The team needs to bring in a veteran swingman anyway, so we won't really need Eddie at the 2 anymore. As for the backup 1, it'd be nice to have him there. However, Rondo's clearly proven he can play 35-40 mpg there. If House goes, I'm sure we can find someone on the FA market who can hold down the fort at the backup 1 for 8-13 mpg.
