If someone gives Gortat 35 minutes a night. I expect him to contribute 9-12ppg, 10-12rpg, shoot 55-60% from the field and play very good defense. He also excellent picks both on and off the ball, and has very good hands. He does a good job of playing to his strengths, and staying away from his limitations, and as a result rarely makes mistakes.
Gortat is also extremely athletic ... and as a side bonus, he's a very hard worker and has made incredible improvements throughout the last two seasons in the NBA, so there's a good chance he shows further improvement in the next few years (particularly with his team defense).
