my question is: DOes any team aquiring Bosh also get the rights to offer him a max deal?

Yes. When you're traded, any Bird rights go with you. You only lose them if you're bought out.
Go Celtics.

chris bosh is nasty but if he's ever gonna have a real chance of winning a title i think he can't be the best player on his team.

That's why the possibility of a Wade/Bosh or Lebron/Bosh pairing is so scary.

With all this Amare trade talk to the C's in the other thread I would much rather have Bosh.  I think he has more heart, plays better D, and no injuries in his career so far.  If we were to go for a Ray Rondo fillers type trade for a big guy he is someone I would shoot for.

I too like Bosh more than Amare but leaves us with the same problem... 3 starting bigs and no point guard for next year or the future.  The best SG the Raptors could give us is probably Anthony Parker.

If we could somehow get Calderon and Bosh for Rondo / Ray then I'd consider it.
