The Drama-Queen will milk as long as he can. BBD said "Been there, done that".

how bout putting a big on the inbounder and doubling Bron?  could they have been any more passive on that play?

What really gets me, is how easy it was.  No screens or anything, he just ran to the wing then back out to the 3 and got a clean look.

  • Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...
Straight from the Horses mouth "It was a great shot".

Horrible Defense, but a great shot none the less.

Great shot, I was disgusted for Orlando, the Magic had the game and the series in hand after Turkoglu's shot. Bad defense but you couldn't overlook West or Williams on that play.

Still the Cavs won't last in this series, they are not a good road team and Orlando has the mental (and matchup) advantage on them. The Cavs needed two almost perfect games from LeBron to tie the series 1-1 on their homecourt!

I think first and foremost they were playing the lane to prevent Lebron from getting to the rim for the alley oop.  How huge is that no technical foul on Mo Williams in the first when he threw the ball at Howard?  If it was called (and I'm perplexed at how it wasn't) and Orlando made the free throw it would've been a three point game.  They wouldn't have had to worry about the alley oop and could have crowded the three point line.

[dang], apparently I keep missing things late in the games this round.

I just can't keep the eyelids open unless it's the Celts.

OK, just watched the highlight.  How on earth is that an "easy" shot?  He shot it off a quick stop leaning to his left with a defender jumping at him and the clock expiring.

It was great, clutch shot.

Give the guy credit.  Sheesh.

In no way was it easy. It was a touch catch and shoot where he's off balance going away from the hoop. He does a great job of getting pretty square to the basket though. His shot has really improved over the past two years.

I don't know, this could be the shot/moment that puts Bron in MJ mode. I could see them brimming with confidence and just taking this series now.

definitely could see CLE taking game 3 pretty handily after that heartbreaking loss for ORL.

that's a tough loss to come back from for anybody. If ORL is able to take game 3, it would be an epic win/recovery.

Orlando has had a lot of tough losses to swallow in these playoffs (Iguodala's game winning shot, Young's game winning shot, Big Baby's buzzer beater, the comeback win of the C's in game 5...) and the team always rebounded ultimately in the series.

I expect the Magic to be fired up tomorrow and to beat the Cavs by 15+ points. The Amway Arena is a nightmare for the Cavs.

i hear ya drucci, but remember, this series, like the west, is a play or two from being 2-0 either way. these have been great games so far. i just wish we were a part of them.  >:(

agreed.

yeah, lebron does whine a lot, but i am not sure what that has to do with the shoot he took.

he was moving to his left, not squared up to the basket, past the 3 pt line, no time left.....

and he makes the shot. great shooting by him.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.
