Regular Season MVP's on Championship teams

Just out of curiousity i was wondering how many regular season MVP's have gone on to win a championship that same year. When i think of past mvp's (in recent years) i canm only think of mvp's that did not win a championship. Obviously Kobe was the regualr season MVP last year and los tto us in the finals. Others that come to mind are Steve Nash (twice), Dirk, KG. Thats gotta be around the past 5 years are so. Can anyone else fill in the blanks as to MVP's who won or didn't win? I'm pretty sure Shaq must have won a title while he was a regular season mvp. What about Duncan? Obviously Jordan back in the 90's.... The reason why i started thinking about this was because before the playoffs with all the Lebron and MVP talk. I was kind of hoping that he would win the MVP over others mainly because I liked this recent trend that i started noticing where the regular season MVP did not win the championship. That may be a stupid reason or it might not really make much sense, but to me it always seems like which ever team is in the spotlight or has the regualr season MVP seems to get the most attention and will often end up failing. I'm guessing maybe part of the reason these regualr season MVP's don't win championships that year is because maybe they don't play as much team basketball (whether on purpose or not) and focus more on themselves and sometimes their stats or personal goals etc. (obviously KG did not do that when he won  )Anyway just wanted to here your guys thoughts on this.
FYI- I had to mention "regular season" MVP so much just to make the distinction between that and the greatest individual award one can accomplish- "The Finals MVP"

MJ- 98, 96, 92, 91
Hakeem- 94
Magic Johnson- 87
Bird- 84, 86
Moses Malone- 83
Kareem- 80

Prior to that I don't really know all by heart.

In any case, it is more common than it seems.
