Yup. Rafer dominated Rondo tonight.
Coined the CelticsBlog term, "Euromistake."

Imagine that...Greg Dickerson was right.

He kept on saying that what worries him most is that we're talking about Ray Allen, he's due for a big game.  Well so weren't the entire Magic team from beyond the arc.  They were due for a big game.  Unfortunately for us, both happened.  And it coincided with Pierce, Rondo, and the entire bench having terrible games.

Props to Greg.

  • Doc could learn a thing or two from Norman Dale
So, yeah, at this point it's over, I guess.  Too bad.  I would have preferred the Celts to play like Game 7 against Atlanta, rather than Game 7 against Indiana.  Ugh.

This wasn't quite as bad as Game 7 vs Indy...there, I found a positive spin

Positive spin:  thus far, nobody has suffered a major injury in the game.

That's all I've got.  I can't even say that collectively, the team played hard.  Unquestionably, they didn't play smart.

Regardless of what happens, this team gets a standing ovation from me, and it should from everyone else too.   :'(

INDEED!

Good run, all considered!

It's up to Chauncey and Delonte to make sure Phil Jackson doesn't pass Red.

Oh well.  Cavs will take the ECF in a timely fashion.

Ok, I´m giving up.

Congrats to the Magic, the better team has won.

Everyone was sub-par tonight, and I´m being generous here.
However, in summary, the team has done an outstanding job this season.
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

Last chance - we need multiple consecutive stops and some smart play on offense, but there's still over 4 to go...Celtic Pride, now or never!

Never  :(

Good season guys, we just couldn't hold this team off when it counted.  We'll get em next year...

KG or no KG this many layups and missed assignments would is inexcusable. ppor perfromance, and the next person to use "heart" in a post is going to make me toss my cookies. Just as well, if they cant defend the magic, what do you think the cavs would have done to us

The Cavs would have flossed their teeth with us. As they will do with the Magic, not to take anything away from them.

I give this team a lot of credit for not folding after KG went down.

Rondo needs to wake up at 8 a.m. tomorrow morning and shoot 400 jumpshots like Baby did in the off-season.
