So, yeah, at this point it's over, I guess.  Too bad.  I would have preferred the Celts to play like Game 7 against Atlanta, rather than Game 7 against Indiana.  Ugh.

Painful memory!
Celtics fan for life.

not sure how many positive spins I have left here

lol, you might keep some for the next season though...
this game over, we need to make 4 4point plays...lol

The unreal expectation here, I am afraid, is asking players who are going 40 plus every night to play defense on every possession.

If there's a lesson in this, it should be that. No depth, no title.
Coined the CelticsBlog term, "Euromistake."

Boo turkey glue. Ref makes sure there will be no comeback.

Refs don't have anything to do with this one man. Just didn't show up, you can't let 3pt shooters get wide open looks.

I never said they did, it was just a bad call.

exactly, no reason they should have been that open all game. I just want to know why we couldn't counter their d. HInd sight I believe that they would have had a better shot having Marbury in instead of RR tonight. If he;s hot they cant double off
Back to wanting Joe fired.

That's it.

Thanks to all for a great season.
At least we showed some heart.
Don't you just hate the fact that
if (if, if, if, I know) we were
healthy we'd kick butt? [dang]...

The long regular season and 62 wins, as well as that brutal series against Chicago proved this team is flat out tough.  Our guys are not 100%, not able to play their game, but they are out there playing.  I am not ready to look ahead and I too think we ought to take some time to appreciate the season we were given.

Cleveland in 5, if it was this hard for the MAgic to win this series against the depleted Celtics they have zero chance in the ECF. Plus they are such a soft team that the Cleveland D is going to kill them.
