I'd go crazy if Avery Johnson was my coach. That voice. Why does he call him "Yao Mings?"

And "Jordin Farmer?"

Random thought Dwight Howard really isn't that good, he's just really tall and strong.

And has out of this world athleticism. He is good but he can't take over a game and he is not dominant against our bigs (perk, baby, leon).

i am tired of KNOWING before the game starts that the calls will go one way...orlando has travelled...goal tended...pulled jerseys...hacked...set moving screens..i don't want to hear fat gundy or orlando fans complain EVER again about calls...this is as one-sided as i have seen...

Pierce needs to pull he head out of you know where. I don't want any more excuses. IF YOUR HURT DON'T PLAAY.

Don't think he is hurt, but dead tired -- probably.

If he's dead tired after a 15 minute game, he had better sit next to KG for the rest of the playoffs... >:(

Forget it. Not even worth explaining it.

I know he's exhausted because he's our only 3 all season long, blah blah blah... what I'm saying is that, if he can't play, he should put his pride aside and ask Doc to spend more time at the bench...

And he did finish...

What was with Pierce chewing out Eddie on that foul a ways back?  Eddie's come to play this series and Pierce needs to focus on his own play.

You think that is 6-inch vertical leap might be a hint that he is hurt? Seriously though, I tend to agree with you. He has been almost invisible in this series.

I was thinking the same thing earlier.  Makes me laugh to think that Charles Barkley said that Perk couldnt guard Dwight Howard.  All you need is someone remotely as strong as him to be able to force him farther than 2 feet from the basket and it dramatically lowers his effectiveness.  At least on offense, hes still been a beast on defense, we need to make him pay for roaming around.

Id rather have him than Stan van gundy. Van gundy just whines non stop and just seems like a parent pleading with his kids. Every time i hear him talk in the huddle it's like he is a middle school basketball coach

agree...overhyped IMO

I think he's overhyped on the offensive end.  His offensive game isn't that developed.  Defensively though, he's completely legit.  Keep in mind, he hasn't played well against Boston since the start of last year.  We're just one of those teams that is able to play him alot better than other teams.

  • Thank you Eddie!
I think it's a miracle they're only down 12, it should be at least twice that.  If Pierce stops being so useless and Scal and BBD stay out of foul trouble, the C's win by 20.  At this point, I think it's obvious that Orlando is good, but too flawed to get past Round 2.
