hey!!!!

non belivers...are we not tryin...are we givin up!!!

ya beter ask sumbody BABY!!

Do you think there was any effort in the Celtics' game until the last three minutes of the third quarter and maybe a couple of minutes in the first half? Honestly. That is all I have been saying. They did not show up until the last three minutes of the third quarter.

Keep Marbury in the game so he can pressure the ball.

non belivers should leave the room...win or lose we got heart!!!

The point is this. Until the last 3 minutes they have had little heart and little effort in this game. Why do they do this to themselves? Makes no sense.

Pierce wants to have the top 3 playoff comebacks in playoff history.

100 percent correct....they should not start playing at the end of the third quarter...this has happened 2 out of 3 games in this series. that is way many of us are frustrated

I got to agree.  There is no question that even this depleted Cs team is more talented than ORL.  But the Cs just don't believe in themselves enough.  My theory is that they are battling the tension between the idea that they should just give up, because they won't win it all with KG and the idea that they should go out and play hard, no matter what.  They seem to waffle between the two on a quarter to quarter basis.  It is extremely difficult to watch from the POV of a fan...
Celtics fan for life.

Greg,
If the Tin man had bad things done to him in a dark room by Dwight Howard then that is what the Celtics have in common with the Tin man.

Also, the Celtics and the Tin Man both have the same number of offensive rebounds.

lol TP for the creativity.  But hey man, dont look now, Eddie House broke out the oil can, we got us a game again in the 4th quarter!

Now we need the refs to swallow their whistles in the 4Q.

  • Basketball is like chess, only without the dice
As a side note, Gortat owning Barry was pretty funny:

Ya know, with Dwight out you can leave Marcin Gortat and then come back in time to pick him up later

a few seconds later, Gortat dunks after Davis left him to help on a drive.

Yeah, I really don't understand why big guys over-commit

Pure gold.  ;D

Everytime is a different guy who makes them wake up, right now it seems like Pierce is doing what he had to do all game long and they show some signs of life out there... they have to keep up, 9 point lead is still a big advantage for the Magic!!
"Life has so many hurdles. Some of them I've hopped over, some of them I've tripped over. The key is to get back up and finish the race."- Paul Pierce

And he did finish...

We need the people to move once they try to use Rondo's defender to double people. Rondo must cut through the lane, Perkins most move towards the ball-handler and play a 2 man game, etc.

Either that or take Rondo out of the game.

Once again rondo has not been the problem. We've been missing the big three. pierce looks like he might be heating up. Rondo is not the problem. Go C's. TP's to the fans who don't ever give up. Tired of the fair weathers..."game's over" "take rondo out" blah blah blah
