Orlando has dominated every single phase of the game so far, without any sign of life from the Celtics.

We'll have to see if they find life in the lockerroom.
Coined the CelticsBlog term, "Euromistake."

  • And the Truth shall set you free
Orlando doubled their lead in four minutes after Pierce left, from 9 to 18 points. Big swing moment.

Yeah, following the gamecast it didnt seem like they were playing all that bad for the whole game.  It looked like it was a run towards the end of the half and i notice pierce had 3... Seems like a tough situation.

The defense against Hedo Turkoglu whenever Paul Pierce was out of the game, was very weak. That's a troubling sign.

Marcin Gortat too, he had a couple of big minutes to help kick off Orlando's drive and kick game. That helped them get their offensive rhythm.

Rondo's scared of Howard. That is his problem. I would love to see him just take it at him and draw a foul but he is to timid with a shot blocker in the lane.

Square up Celtics fans.  Chip away.  Defense will key the offense.  Play our game, not their game, or whatever game we think we need to play.  And please, please, please defend the perimeter!

Stephon Marbury hit a runner in the lane with just under nine minutes to play. That gave Boston a 30-28 lead.

Orlando was 26-6 from that point forward -- Gortat and Hedo, and then the Pierce foul, and Orlando finishing strong -- I think those moments keyed that run.

Very disappointing first half from Ray and Rondo. 2 points apiece, they need to get it together.
