I think he simply removed his taping and it started swelling up.
Yeah, hope so.

Also did you see that (very good) Jackie McMullan piece at espn.com today where Rondo never wants to let his bare feet touch the ground?  Maybe it has something to do with that...?

Well, great W tonight.  Truly wonderful.

Yep, great win. I'm glad that we had a blowout game, my heart wouldn't have support another tight game.

Edit : I hope Rondo isn't hurt...

Holy cow. I feel like this is the best Celtic performance since early in the season, and then I see Rondo being carried off. Yikes.

Really strong effort in all phases - good ball movement, great shot selection, good job on the boards, defense was excellent, terrific minutes off the bench from Marbury, etc.

I really hope we're not looking at a Rondo injury again.
Coined the CelticsBlog term, "Euromistake."

Collins actually gives some useful info: Powe was hurt before the play he left on.
Doc actually said this a few days ago...I think in the post-game press conference.  Doc said Powe played on the torn ACL for 3 minutes.  That's just...wow.

Collins and Harlan did later mention that Doc said he went to the team management and said that he wanted them to resign Powe, even knowing that he wouldn't be ready until (likely) the 2nd half of next year, because Powe represents the kind of guy he wants on the team.

Agreed.  But, also importantly, it looks like Marbury is starting to put it all together.

he's not gonna stay off his feet. he's gonna practice and everything. He's an ironman not Gilbert Arenas.
