Here is another thing about KG. In the 4 games he was back he was 5-9,5-7,5-5, & 2-5 from the field and I watched the highlights of all four games, he had a few nice mid range jumpers, 2 alley oops and a few nice inside shots. IMO he was getting up and down the court ok. Then today Doc says after 20 minutes he had to shut him down. Well that's all we need him to play, why would he have to run around for 2 hours in practice to play 15 minutes in a game? Honestly how this is being handled is ridiculous to me, and I've never seen anything like it before in the history of sports. If you can't play, you can't play. If you go out there for 2 minutes and people are like "wow he looks terrible" or has some kind of reinjuring play where people are like "wow that really looks bad" I can understand. That didn't happen. The reality is is that KG played 4 games in 6 days in mid-March and during those games nobody was like "KG looks terrible out there, there is no way he can play this season" Instead the announcers were saying "KG in his 3rd game back going up for the rebound etc." Personally I thought he looked pretty good out there with all the injury reports and things we were hearing. I think the Celtics are acting like he has to run around for 2 hours in practice every day and he is getting ready for an 82 game season. When the reality is is that all we really need him for is 100 minutes, when he already played 60 last month, don't the C's understand that? Never seen anything like this in the history of sports where a guy comes back doesn't look horrible and then doesn't play again the rest of the season.
