Doc's little speech was totally accurate. Great points.

Pierce missing that freethrow hurt my soul.
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

This could be a 30-plus point loss. Who cares? Seriously.

I care.  My pride as a Celtics fan demands that I care.

I want this to be a close game, at least.  And I want it to be close regardless of the refs.  They could hand the game to the Cavs and it is still incumbent on the Celtics players and coaches to suck it up and play hard.
Celtics fan for life.

this is aleady a joke

cleveland at least makes the games competive in boston...something we cant and dont  do in cleveland with or without KG

Did I miss something. Are KG and Powe playing today? Please, this game means nothing and after the first period, we should mostly see the bench for the rest of the game.

Did you miss the game earlier this season when boston was completly healthy and got blown out in cleveland? I know we dont have KG and Powe? what does this mean? cleveland is still the best team in the league, and one of the best ever at home

i care...dont want to lose by 30...and honestly they shouldnt....love doc rivers' comments in the huddle

I guess to each his own. This is a meaningless exhibition game without the best defensive player in the league. Sort of like the Globetrotters versus the Generals. Has no bearing on anything.

And this game is nothing more than a glorified exhibition game. Hopefully Doc sees the light and rests the starters for most of the day.

Oh. My. God.

They don't miss shots. They just don't. Only in Cleveland do they shoot like this.

This is complete r*pe.

To reference what has been said about caring.... I care. This is embarrassing. I'm sick to my stomach watching this game.

Okay Doc throw all the starters on the bench and just wait till the game ends.

It would be embarrassing if they exclipsed their worse loss of all time, which my son and I saw a couple of years ago at the Garden versus Detroit. I believe they lost by 62, but don't quite remember. Obviously Cleveland thinks this game means something and unfortunately, the Celtics do not.

Agree 100 percent. Absolutely no reason to play the starters anymore today and risk anyone getting hurt. The game was over at the opening whistle. The one good thing is that people all over America, except Cleveland, are turning off their TVs. Sorry, ABC.

Why are they playing their starters then?
