well, out of the H2H League before I got started. Thanks for all the trade offers, I was about to work some deals. Hopefully I'll get a chance again sometime.

I think this is a "see you soon," and not a "goodbye," hpantazo. Regardless, thanks for stepping up.

TP Hpantazo!

My roster is just about set, but would be open to moving Kenyon Martin. He's open to anyone, but would probably fit best on a competiting team.

I've also discussed the following guys with other teams but am not necessarily itching to move them: Hinrich, Brewer, Kirilenko,....

Another trade to announce, this one a blockbuster:

MakeMeSomeBacon trades Raymond Felton, Evan Turner, and Nick Collison
blake trades Jeff Green, D.J. Augustin, and DeAndre Jordan

My take, celtsrp33 has underestimated how good Felton should look in D'Antoni's system. (Consider Duhon's early numbers...) While Turner has far more upside than either Green or Augustin.

He had a lousy 2008 draft but Blake continues to strength his squad with shrewd moves since.
Wow, I think blake's team is going to be a force going forward.

I don't really understand why everyone is so high on Felton.  He averaged 12 pts an 5 ast last year.  Is he going to get THAT much better playing for D'Antoni?  I tend to think not.

Jeff Green Averaged 15 pts 6 reb last season.  Where is the love for that pickup?  Also, there is a good chance that Augustin could be pretty much the only PG Charlotte has - possibly New Jersey if he is moved.  Either way, he should see some serious playing time this year and certainly has the ability to put up "Felton-like" numbers if given similar minutes.

IMO, the value of the trade depends on how Augustin ends up. If he's stuck with the Bobcats behind Harris then Blake wins this hands down. If Augustin ends up the starter with either the Bobcats or the Nets then this is a much more even trade.

What Blake really traded for was security. With Felton and Turner he is assured a starting PG in a run and gun offence for at least this season and Phili's corner stone in Turner.

Green is a very nice player. I have tried to trade for him a few times. He should put up solid numbers year in and year out. It's no secret that Larry Brown has been trying to upgrade from Augustin for some time now. Augustin is kind of in a Chalmers-like position. Default starting PG on a playoff team, but no one is really sure if he is up for the job.

IMO, he's more of a Nate Robinson energy guy off the bench.

Also, Felton's value will be much higher in NY as the Knicks are an offense first team. Larry Brown's teams are defense first by far. The one issue with Felton is that he's a historically terrible shooter. He did shoot 45% last season, but I expect that to fall back to his 39-40% with more shots.

i'm looking to possibly make one final move in the H2H league to get down to the 16-man limit...

Would be open to moving

Kenyon Martin
Corey Brewer
Sam Young

I've sent out a number of offers and may even pull something off if me and the other GM can come to an agreement, but figured i'd take a shot and see if any other GM were looking around for a deal....

I also think it was a much more even trade than most are giving it credit for.  My move was for safetyand I gave up quite a bit of potential.  Jeff green doesn't have any downside and if he is ever traded then he will explode.  Then if kaman ever goes down then the tx a and m project has shown to put up huge numbers if given 30 minutes.

MMSB officially releases Rasheed Wallace and Rafer Alston.  There is one more cut to be made before the final roster is submitted.  If anyone is interested in taking on 2 players in exchange for 1 - feel free to send me some proposals.  TP for each trade proposal!

Not sure.

On the Googledoc roster list, I've shaded in rosters that have been trimmed to 16. About half the league has yet to submit their cuts.

Perhaps a gentle nudge is in order.

The H2H league is all signed up. As Lucky mentioned, there are around 10 managers who need to trim their rosters to 16 before they can be uploaded to Y!.

The Points league needs 1 more manager to take over BBall Tim's team. He has a very good team to, Rose, Durant, AI2, Green, etc... With the right manager, the team could contend this season.
