When do we discuss rule changes for the coming season, i.e., regarding roster moves in the playoffs (to prevent cycling), the two Finalists getting the 19th and 20th pick, etc.?

As I recall, there was a general consensus that roster moves could be capped at one per week in the playoffs, and that the two Finalists would get the 19th/20th picks, but would keep the waiver priority of whatever spot they finished in.  All other draft positions would be via reverse order of finish.

As I recall, there was little objection to these changes, so I think we can implement them this year.

I will also be implementing more stringent policies regarding tanking and inactivity, as we also discussed last year.

Yes, both drew near unanimous support. I'd prefer to first test a two moves per week cap. But given how I was add/drop outmaneuvered by MK in the Semifinals (Jannero Pargo, I will never forgive you.) I could come around.
