Ideally, I'd like to do this next week. Do we need two days to complete two rounds, or can we get all 40 picks in during a single day?

Assuming 5-10 minutes per pick, we'd be looking at 5-6.5 hours or so.

Not sure. It may be because your account doesn't match any of the GMs' from last year.

I'll work on uploading/updating the google doc version of league rosters as best I can this week.

If we do it with 5 minutes per pick (which should be plenty, realistically), that's 3 hours and 20 minutes.  I think one day would be better, just because it's easier to coordinate for everyone.

No, we allow daily roster moves.

Was thinking of 10 minutes per pick for the 1st round, to allow for trades.

5 minutes per pick in the second round. That would equal 300 minutes, or 5 hours. Not too long to deal with.

Would rather hold it in one day, here on the blog.

I can accept lists for those who can't make their appointed time, if a proxy can't be found.

As usual, I would immediately assign highest remaining player, based on the results of the actual NBA 2011 rookie draft, to anyone who missed their pick.
