Powe and Ray-Ray are the only players doing the right things. Pierce keeps the ball on offense and he is unable to make his free-throws... 18 points lead for the Magic at halftime... a come-back is possible but it's hard to believe that the C's will be able to pull one the way they are playing today.
Sadly when you're missing your two best defensive players it takes a toll. We could also use Rondo to get us some easy points in transition.

Ug.  At least the Orlando lead at the half is under 20.

We need more from BBD: no points, no rebounds, three fouls.

I wonder if they might be better off starting Pruitt in the 2nd half: he's a better defender than Marbury, and it's not like Steph is really having many scoring opportunities.  Or start House.  Marbury seems best suited to playing with the second unit right now, giving those guys easier scoring opportunities.

Grasping at straws, I know, but this would be quite a comeback if we could pull it off (and if we beat Orlando today, they are D-U-N done).

I think this game is a lost cause.

When you're playing one of the top teams in the East without KG AND Rondo, and you have a guy starting for Rondo who still looks extremely rusty, it's gonna be tough to win.

Ouch!

I'm at work until 3 and won't be able to catch most of this one.

Are we really getting spanked that badly?

1 member of our starting line up has shown up so far.  sadly, that's more than there was the 1st quarter.

Celts lucked out there; Howard didn't foul him there.

The goal will be to cut Orlando's lead to single digits by half time -- this is doable if the Cs focus on getting the stops...

TP lets get positive in here.

back at ya

hard to remain positive -- looks like instead of cutting the Magic's lead to 10, they are busy trying to extend it to 20....

they want Walker and Giddens to play, they're being good teammates.

Haha, nice one.
