Both of these guys will give us relatively mistake free veteran minutes for the rest of the year after they learn our system. We should not expect them to play big minutes or take over 6th man roles IMO. I dont believe that has ever been the team's (Doc's) intention since picking them up. They are just quality depth, nothing more.

Unfortunately right now, Marbury needs to be a little more than just mistake-free by necessity.  There is no way we could have imagined him having to start a game against an elite team this quickly.  I was extremely underwhelmed by Gabe out there today. As for Eddie, this Orlando team is not a good quickness matchup.  He did the best he could.

This sucks.
