Rondo taking over the game while Pierce and Ray take the credit.

Why he will always be underated as long as they play.

Are you kidding me?
In what way has Rondo traken over the game?
Sometimes I wonder if I'm watching the same game as some of you.

Rondo had a few good plays...

But right now it's Pierce and Powe.

Yeah, and I love Rondo, but in no way has he taken over the game.

He was the one get them the ball in all the right places.

A few times. He's got 10 assists, and has played alright. But this is by no means "his game" or even really one of his better games.

  • Thank you Eddie!
Doc should either get ejected or walk the team off the court in protest.  This game is quite possibly the worst officiated game I've ever seen in any sport.

That was not a foul. We can't let them get back into this game. We need to put Ray back in there. Pierce is jacking up too many shots.

As much as I hate Mikki on the boards, I'm liking his offensive game.

No kidding. That's how a big man should hit open jumpers.

on another note, the reffing just got even worse.

No call on Pierce?!?!?!?!
Foul on Moore?!?!?!?

I love how passionate he is, also.

This is disgusting...these refs are an absolute pathetic disgrace to the game of basketball as are the cavaliers playing 5-on-8 every night

The only way the cavs beat us in a 7 game series is if the league already has the outcome determined...we're the better team, dominated this game and should be up 30

If we lose this game, its an abomination to the NBA

  • Let's Go Celtics
I'm OK with the call on Moore, Pierce gets that call a lot.  The ridiculousness was not getting a foul for Pierce on the other end.
"Take this down," said O'Neal. "My name is Shaquille O'Neal and Paul Pierce is the (expletive) truth. Quote me on that and don't take nothing out. I knew he could play, but I didn't know he could play like this. Paul Pierce is the truth."

And Jeez, if I were Ainge, I'd be sending game tapes to the league every day. Knowing full well that by the very definition of me being a Boston fan I have a bias, the double standard in reffing is absolutely ridiculous in so many of these games.

I have always taken pride in trying to not be too much of a  homer when it comes to complaining about fouls, but with this game it's too hard not to.  Calling ticky-tac stuff on us and not calling anything on them.

I think I remember 1 non-call in our favor this game that was extremely obvious.  Several the other way.  That's not good.

Yeah, I try to be objective and analytical, but even watching C's games, I try to go by the "2:1 rule:" If I think that the other team is getting twice as many calls as the C's it's probably even; if it's worse than that then I think the C's are getting jobbed.

To Mac and other Cavs fans:
Can you see it, too? We are
complaining about it even as
we are leading the game.
No. 18 will be so much sweeter
because we also will overcome
the bad reffing!!!
