Im hoping I dont get to see what number he is wearing, meaning I hope that he never gets to check in the game & resume P.O.B.'s role. He is GARBAGE!

I didn't hate POB but Mikki Moore is a big upgrade. He plays hard all the time. He has more heart and hustle than talent but he is a gamer.

If I were you I would try to be a bit more optimistic, even if you're not a big fan of his. There's no question he's better than POB, and things he does well complement the team.

What a joke comparing POB to Mikki Moore, you don't follow Basketball much do you?

and moore was signed because joe smith isn't going to be bought out. the cavs are now trying to get horry...so moore was the best available big out there. now get a wing

Well, we don't know for sure that Smith won't be bought out.  Cavs, like the Cs, are just being prudent and kicking the tires of the available bigs out there...

I think Moore will be helpful.  Powe and Davis have a really tough time getting off their shots against big, talented front lines.  And you know what?  If Joe Smith gets bought out, this doesn't mean that he still can't come here.

i am happy that they can play baby/powe together with moore....moore provides the length and baby/powe provide the muscle/hustle inside...

Yeah, I would have much preferred Smith, and if he's cut loose, I'm going to be disappointed.  However, Moore was the next best option, so this isn't bad, necessarily.  Moore makes the team incrementally better.

People just need to know what Moore's skills are and are not.  He's *not* a great defender or a shot blocker, and he's more of a PF than a C.  He *is* an efficient offensive player who has a high energy motor.

He'll contribute more than POB, but ultimately, I don't think he's any better than BBD or Powe.

All the negativity in this town sucks. It sucks, and it stinks, and it sucks. - Rick Pitino

no but he can play in combination with those guys...moore can hit the jumper and brings energy....i think KG will really motivate him to play well...he was playing for the Kings...worst team in basketball...i am sure he will be fired up to play on boston....if boston can sign starbury or a wing then the bench is that much better...
