Very nice! They need to add the alley-oops to Leon's game to diversify his offense.
Tommy: He's got a line about me. Tell him the line.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.

Ugh Pierce is playing.

Dumb move by Doc win or lose.
Why?

...The guy dislocated his thumb?
Dislocation of a finger does not make you a bad risk for further injury. At least not the type Pierce had.

...Are you serious? It's his strong hand, and it's his thumb. That is a pretty important finger and he could straight up break it and end up being in Tony Allen's place.

Anyone got the LA feed??

The LA announcer says "I didn't see Kobe crying when he jammed his finger" after Pierce dislocated his thumb.

Anyone else think its funny that tough guy announcers make fun of players who can actually play the game? Tommy and Mike might be homers but they don't make fun of players on the court

Sorry, but Gorman did just say he wouldnt trade a bag of balls for Carmelo Anthony just the other night..as for that comment the clipper announcer made...pathetic

There's a difference. Mike doesn't like Carmelo's attitude with good reason. The guy pretty much defines "Thugget". The announcers here were...I don't know...basically calling Pierce what that one Clippers fan was calling him.

Is it odd to anyone else that PP seems to play better immediately after injuries?  I'm praying to anything that'll listen that he's perfectly fine, but just an observation.

He isn't perfectly fine, his thumb will hurt for a while but its not a big injury. Definitely something he can play through.

You know I'm with ya.  You've gotta be hardcore to be watching an ugly Clippers game at 12:30 on a Wednesday.

Weirdest thing about this game is, our bench is winning it for us.  Look at the +-'s.

Yeah he could break it in a game he hadn't had a dislocated thumb in as well. Having a dislocated thumb doesn't make you a further risk for injury.

I can't believe the Clippers are back in this game yet again.

A dislocation may as well be a really big booboo, for lack of a better term. It hurts, it's not fun. Once it's gone, though, it's gone. The only way to avoid the injury risk is to never ever play Paul Pierce.

Hey, who told about the lead?

Eddie has been good today, but man his two TOs in transition have been awful.

Just take the transition three Eddie!

At least the loud finish didn't give them the lead...

Oh Glen, hit that!
