Who's guarding #20 that's the 3rd time in a row he's been open for three
Tommy: He's got a line about me. Tell him the line.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.

Ray to Leon!!  At least one highlight for the night.  That was a perfect pass.

OK, don't look now. Don't make any noise. Be very quiet. Make sure that nobody knows that you know, but we're up 9.

Ugh Pierce is playing.

Dumb move by Doc win or lose.
Why?

...The guy dislocated his thumb?
Dislocation of a finger does not make you a bad risk for further injury. At least not the type Pierce had.

Anyone got the LA feed??

The LA announcer says "I didn't see Kobe crying when he jammed his finger" after Pierce dislocated his thumb.

Anyone else think its funny that tough guy announcers make fun of players who can actually play the game? Tommy and Mike might be homers but they don't make fun of players on the court

Sorry, but Gorman did just say he wouldnt trade a bag of balls for Carmelo Anthony just the other night..as for that comment the clipper announcer made...pathetic..and when did Pierce cry, he thought he broke his thumb first of all, secondly I remember Kobe whincing in pain just as bad
When you got it going, you got it going. I just keep my focus down the stretch. That's when I want the ball. I'm just not afraid to fail."-PaulPierce

A dislocated thumb isn't a huge threat to be hurt again by playing unlike a leg or a knee.

Is it odd to anyone else that PP seems to play better immediately after injuries?  I'm praying to anything that'll listen that he's perfectly fine, but just an observation.

Thats not making fun of a player after an injury.

Celtics finally decided to play Celtics ball -- and Clippers (finally) showing that they're still the Clippers.

this could be an issue with moore, he is not a shot blocker. So everytime he tries to block a shot 60% is a foul.

Its his first game in a totally different system. Give him a break.
He fouls at an extremely high rate, and blocks shots at a low rate. It is a weakness in his game but I've liked what I've seen so far. Definitely a huge upgrade over POB.
