I thought Marbury and Walsh were going to meet *before* the grievance/arbitration hearing thing.
Seems like if they were going to meet some common ground it would have been before the arbitration. Once the arbitration began, positions would be likely to harden and a lot more emotion would get involved, which would not bode well for a buyout. People do some darned stupid things when they think some bigger principle is involved and their dander is up.
Guess we'll soon enough know.
