Fan proposed lineup for next 3 minutes:
Rondo
Giddens
Walker
Leon
Baby

That team wins ~73 games.  :P
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

Doc's a nervous wreck, 2 min left, still no bench players out there

  • Doc could learn a thing or two from Norman Dale
If one of our starters gets hurt, it's on Doc.  This is asinine.  I like big numbers as much as the next guy, but there's no reason to play Paul Pierce 45 minutes in a blowout on the first night of a back-to-back.

Hey, if every game started with 2 minutes left with us up 19, it might.

Seriously! What is Doc thinking? We got this one in the bag and he still has Pierce and Allen in the game. They've played more than enough minutes already. Why is he doing this? Somebody tell me.

It's simply poor coaching.  Pierce has looked fatigued lately, and Doc is running him into the ground during garbage time, while we have two fresh rookies on the bench.

Yeah I agree. His philosophy of nailing subs to bench unless they're playing up to his standards is fine in theory to motivate them but if the starters have to pick up the extra minutes its not fair to them.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.

Nice putback by walker.

Stuff like that makes you think he's gonna be good down the line.

It's clear that both Giddens and Walker would be an absolute embarrassment if Doc were to give them 5 minutes or so per game.  :P

Good win, until Phoenix decides to ever play D, they should just get more used to losing to good teams.
