We don't need Pierce diving on the floor for loose balls.  I appreciate the hustle, but Doc needs to get him out of there.  He's played 40 minutes, in a game we're dominating.

Seriously! What is Doc thinking? We got this one in the bag and he still has Pierce and Allen in the game. They've played more than enough minutes already. Why is he doing this? Somebody tell me.

It's simply poor coaching.  Pierce has looked fatigued lately, and Doc is running him into the ground during garbage time, while we have two fresh rookies on the bench.
