I read an article recently about bacon becoming popular in deserts...I was bummed to hear that the bacon covered chocolate bar has become popular.  I had this idea a long time ago!

Which deserts are we talking about? The Sahara? The Gobi? The Mojave? I wouldn't expect deserts to import a large amount of bacon... but I'm no expert on the matter.

My friends and I made two of them for the superbowl.  They were tasty (hard for it not to be), but we made them WAY too big.  The proportions were all off, so it didn't look as good as some of those other pictures on the internet.  I never did get a pic of the final product (it just went to fast), but here are a couple pics for you.  Pre-wrap and Post-wrap.
