There's a webpage too, but it's really just one page on Nike's website.

  • I left Indiana. Because it was horrible.
Won't lower cut shoes just lead to more ankle injuries?
CB Draft Bucks: Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Tobias Harris, Zach LaVine, Aaron Afflalo, Jeff Green, Donatas Motiejunas, Jarrett Jack, Frank Kaminsky, Lance Stephenson, JaVale McGee, Shane Larkin, Nick Young

DKC Bucks. Also terrible.

well that's the point.  Kobe is wearing lowtops now.  The theory is that nobody will buy them, because of the lack of ankle support.  So they come out with an advertising campaign that faces it head first and claims "you'll break your ankles unless you wear them."

It's silly.  But interesting.  ESPN had some big article on those shoes a few months ago and they were wondering how they could market lowtops...  I guess this is one way to go.

Here's hoping Kobe sprains an ankle tonight.

I was laughing out loud during the part when Kobe crossed up the mannequin and his ankles exploded, but the commercial went down hill after that. The "BROKEN. ANKLES." that kept popping up on the screen wasn't funny and they kept doing it. Shoulda just kept the whole thing in that public service announcement style.

I was reading an interview with kobe about these shoes, and the interviewer asked kobe if he felt any more risk rolling his ankle in these shoes. Kobe's response was that if land on someones foot, it wont matter what shoe you are wearing, your ankle will still roll which I think to a point is true.

Yeah, I agree.  It went on a bit too long, but it was actually pretty good.  I couldn't enjoy it, though, because as you said, it's Kobe.

Nice commercial. I would have to say I liked it if Kobe weren't in it.
