I'm still a college aged student so I stick with the cheapo stuff like Phillie's Blunts, Swisher Sweets, Black & Mild etc. Honestly the flavored ones taste the best. I hate the "filter" ones that just taste like the raw chemicals that are put into the thing. I just tasted the Phillie's Blunt grape for the first time, and it's great! Note: I don't roll it up with weed, if I were to smoke weed it'd be out of a bong. I know people like to roll weed with a Game Green. But I don't really smoke weed anymore so I stick with the cigars.

I know those are kindergarten level ones compared to the big league Maduro's but I stick to the cheap stuff since, well, I'm poor!

  • You know my methods, Watson.
i don't smoke cigarettes and, like dark lord, don't advocate it.  i watched both of my grandfathers, lifelong smokers, die from cancer and it was not a pretty sight.

that said, i smoke a swisher sweet once every couple months...i like the taste, but not enough to want to destroy my life eventually.

I don't smoke cigarettes, that will never be my thing. At least I hope not.

Cigar smoking is a pasttime for many. Especially for guys, married ones too - that need to relax from all the nagging and endless drivel that comes out of their wives ears.

Where did I mention cigarettes? Blunts and cigars are what we're talking about.

i smoked cigarettes, a pack a day for four years... starting when i was 14 and i stopped last year at 18. i smoked cigars every once in a while until last month when i decided to just quit smoking in general, life is better without it, trust me. I think i have tried every kind of cigar, clove cigarette, cigarette... just no drugs. Do not waste $20 on a Cohiba, Romeo Y Julieta tastes the same and you can get a good one for $10. I smoked Phillies, Swishers, and all that stuff when I was 14 and 15. If you want a cheap cigar that still tastes like an expensive style and has that smooth feel to it... smoke Arturo Fuente or Garcia Vega. However in all seriousness, I do not like smoking, I can't even stand to be around people while they are smoking anymore, so I would have to say I don't really recommend any of the above mentioned names.

Aah, Garcia Vega... another one I forgot to mention. Did you like the brown or green singles?

But yeah, if it's not your thing, kudos to you for quitting. But not everybody's life will be better without it... in fact, without some of these "substances," people would not be able to achieve a more relaxed state and they'd subsequently be more likely to commit crimes. This is a fact. And it's a [dang] good reason toward legalizing drugs, but the gov't would never allow it.

It's a good thing that the government would never allow that. That may be the only thing the government is doing right. Saying that people need to use certain "substances" to avoid committing crimes is a poor excuse of an argument. I smoked to keep myself from getting stressed, and trust me it does help, but there are other things you can do to relieve yourself of stress, you just have to have an open mind. Find a basketball and shoot around, go fishing, go golfing, meditate, go for a walk, etc. These are all things that I do to relieve myself of stress. I also quit drinking in April after I got alcohol poisoning and nearly killed myself diving head first down a stairway, twice. Last year my GPA was a 2.6 and I was thinking about dropping out of college. This year my GPA is a 3.6 and I made the Dean's List with High Honors. My friends have been so impressed in the way that I've changed that some are starting to quit their addictions as well.

I prefer the kind that where all of the tobacco is replaced with something a lot smoother prior to smoking, but hey, I live in California so what can you expect?

For a straight cigar, gotta go with Backwoods.  Nice flavor, not too overwhelming.

Sadly i get the vice late in life so I can afford better ones
but in Nicaragua they send fake cohibas of nicaraguan tobacco
really close to real ones only not well conservated
and less than 1 dollar each.
Ask for them in the airport
