After 33 stages on this game you need to kill a monster who is spitting lethal bombs at you.  If you can beat the monster the game ends...I know this because I spent many, many hours obsessed by finding out what happens after you kill the monster.  Very anticlimactic. 

I'll give a hint if need be...We're talking late 80's here.

What was the answer to this one? Bomberman?

You did not want to be waiting behind me at the arcade for this one.  I'd get a good hour plus out of a quarter!
