BTW, a note on Thursday's epic battle between Slam and me: I've been going with the playoff rule for DNPs in scoring.  If you're guy gets a DNP you get a -5 or 1 point lower than the opponents worst score for the night if it is less than -5 (I think we did 5 points less for the playoffs, but this will work).  The point being there shouldn't be a situation where you get "rewarded" for a guy not playing.

Hope that makes sense.  Not trying to be self serving, as my crappy -4.7 score from MCW warrants no measure of pride!  Just wanted to make sure it's clear for the future.  I was surprised to see this was not covered in the rules section of the original post.  I tidied up the rules a bit (some of them no longer applied) and added the aforementioned rule.  They're there for your perusal.

thanks for the clarification Redz.  I had applied the rules from the couple of years I was running it.  didn't like 'rewarding' a DNP -- your method works better.
