Heh... actually just a week ago I was zapping through games on the Euroleague TV, while focusing my attention on a great, great Tau vs. Joventut when, suddenly, on the Fenerbahce @ Roma (Jennings' team) broadcast, I see our friend Semih. I thought about writing a thread on the surprising event, but I didn't think anyone would be bored enough to care.
Anyway, he was injured at the start of the season, I believe I wrote that somewhere, and he came back just last week. He had a great chance of grabbing a bigger role when the season started, with two of the Fener bigs injured, including Asik, but his own injury took that opportunity away from him. He played 3 games so far, 2 to the Euroleague and 1 for the Turkish league, all of them Ls. I only watched him playing for like 2 minutes, but I have his last Euroleague game, a blowout at the hands of Tau, where he played some decent minutes (going for 10 points and 6 rebounds), recorded and I'll try to watch it in the weekend. Honestly, I'm not expecting to see something different from what he showed last season and that wasn't particularly inspiring from my perspective.
