Give him a season or two.  He's still a kid, and now that he's getting some time, he's shown some progress.  He's averaging 6 points / 4 rebounds / 2 blocks on 53.6% shooting in 16 minutes per game this season.  Those numbers aren't so bad, and I fully expect him to improve.
