Hi all,

Two weeks until the start of the season, and I've yet to draft a fantasy team. And rather, than join a could-go-any-which-way public league, I though I might be able to recruit some like-minded fans from this great community.

Lucky is running a pair of keeper leagues; and I know Celtics Maestro has a new league underway, any chance there is enough interest for another? Nine category, head to head, live draft TBA.

PG, SG, G, SF, PF, F, C, C, U. Three players on the bench.

Invites won't be first come in every case, but I'm willing to take Celticsblog newcomers provided they speak to their commitment. Myself, I'm an every day participant, competitive, passably successful last season, & not awful to deal with. Post here or PM me. I'd love to get a deep league put together.

I've never done a keeper league but I'd be willing to give it a shot. I'm always looking for the next Rafer Alston and read Cblog and Truehoop religiously.

Also, Dave, I appreciate the invite (and the compliment, TP) but don't want to over commit myself. 

And I should clarify to Stoyko, and whomever else, that this won't be a full keeper league. I'm not sure if that changes anyone's mind? (I realize the original post was somewhat vague on the point.)

Ok, received one more response, and am now making one final call for interested GMs. I'm holding a live draft on Yahoo at 8:00pm EST tonight.

Details are above, although bench has since been cut from five players to three. Six team playoffs concurrent with the final three weeks of the season. No game limits. It should be fun.

Alright, so fine the Larry Bird In The Hand inaugural season doesn't have Roy Hobbs as a draw, it's at least got something like his stamp of approval...
