Post your thoughts on Game 2 here.

A return to playoff form by Beckett tonight and there's really no stopping the Sox.  Hell, there may be stopping them regardless.  Still, I expect another grinder (and I don't mean the sandwich type)
Yup

A matchup of two "Aces" who both may or may not be knocked out by the 4th inning. I'm expecting a grinder, and I DO mean the sandwich type.

So I'm talking to Big Matt on AIM during Pedroia's at-bat and he accurately predicts that Pedroia would homer...

Think we have some sort of super powers or something.

Kudos to Big Matt. Everyone needs to hit him with some TPs for helping us get this lead.

Good call Nerf - looks liek they'll both survive the 4th, but still, not so much "Ace Stuff".
Yup

Very disappointing showing from Beckett tonight. Less to do so much with this game as much as upcoming games. I've got no confidense in him in a Game 6 or beyond.........

Edit: I can't believe I spelled confidence with an "s". I've got no confidense in my spelling from here on out.....

But yeah, both guys were out to out-do themselves tonight over who could lay the bigger egg.

Nice deflection by Paps!

He shook that off because he has no central nervous system.

Byrd and Timlin warming. :'(  I hope the Sox score this inning........

That ball 4 was the same pitch he punched Kotsay out on.  My biggest pet peeve about baseball is that the umpires have just as much of an impact on it as the players do.
"Take this down," said O'Neal. "My name is Shaquille O'Neal and Paul Pierce is the (expletive) truth. Quote me on that and don't take nothing out. I knew he could play, but I didn't know he could play like this. Paul Pierce is the truth."
