thread...

There are a few, many not on the public boards.

"What Rodent is in my Ceiling"

"The new star"

"You know you've been spending too much time on Celticsblog when"

and of course, the Friday Trivia of last off season.

harsh, but kinda funny thread:  The guy who wanted everyone to wish him luck because he was getting to shoot the half time 3-pointer at the Garden.  He ended up shooting a terrible air ball and was teased mercilessly for it.  He didn't take is so well, and was never heard from again.

I still thought it was kinda funny.  You do the crime you have to take the punishment.
Yup

I was sort of out of the loop for that one, only saw bits and pieces. I'll have to head into the archives for some learnin'.

That one may have been lost in the lost archives.  I don't remember who the member was reporting the rumor, but his source was the "guy who owns the deli" overhearing a conversation with Wyc or someone of the like.
Yup

Member created video:  I liked the guy who did his own version of the Kevin Durant "jersey" ad, and who did the "split screen" video as well.  Good stuff.

Ah I forgot about that, it was pretty great stuff.
"Take this down," said O'Neal. "My name is Shaquille O'Neal and Paul Pierce is the (expletive) truth. Quote me on that and don't take nothing out. I knew he could play, but I didn't know he could play like this. Paul Pierce is the truth."

Moment

Is actually the last week of June first few weeks of July this year.  The mood on this site was for a lack of better word Giddy.  Although, I look forward to checking in a few times a day, I know that during that time frame I actually lost hours and hours to work due to this place being so fun!  (Included in that time frame are the Beauty pageant and the TP Congressional hearings as well as the Ray Allen trade threads!!)
I love my kids - Call me a sap, but it's true.

Yeah, that was a classic one.  I believe the rumor was that the C's were about to sign a former Pacer....
