  • I left Indiana. Because it was horrible.
Jsaad, welcome to my high school experience.  These things are still pretty absurdly funny after all the years. ;D
CB Draft Bucks: Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Tobias Harris, Zach LaVine, Aaron Afflalo, Jeff Green, Donatas Motiejunas, Jarrett Jack, Frank Kaminsky, Lance Stephenson, JaVale McGee, Shane Larkin, Nick Young

DKC Bucks. Also terrible.

The Al Pacino one is by far the funniest. I was cry-laughing:

The video isn't suitable for these forums so take out the spaces and watch.

Haha great stuff, right back at you.

CM, you need to check out "Joe Pesci prank calls" and "angry black guy prank calls"

"Angry black guy" was a pranker developed from a Joe Pesci prank...

In other words someone called this guy (angry black guy)with Pesci and then used his reaction to being pranked to prank someone else...

You will be rolling on the ground. ;D

Yeah I saw the Joe Pesci one, but I thought the Pacino one was better. They guy was so calm, and then suddenly when Pacino doesn't tell him his name he completely loses it. Brilliant.

Please excuse my sensitivities, but "warning: some offensive language (not too bad though)"??? I listened to like 20 seconds and there were like 30 F-bombs. Maybe it's just me, but I find that pretty offensive. So, just in case anyone else out there is wondering...you have now been more accurately warned.

Also, swearing aside, I didn't find it to be all that funny. Sorry.

Perfect, I've always wanted to ask someone who gets offended by swearing why they actually get offended. So, why does it offend you? I've never understood, unless it's directed at you, why take it to heart?

Sorry when an f-bomb is the worst word I consider it "not that bad".

I would not post something on Celticsblog "going at" a particular race, sex, sexual orientation or religion... but I will watch it on my own time and laugh very hard.  ;)

Unquestionably the best I ever heard was the Jack Nicholson one where it keeps using lines from "A Few Good Men"

Well, since you ask, I suppose I'm obliged to answer. As Jsaad said in one of his posts, he considers saying something about a particular race, sex, religion, etc. to be offensive. Society's moral compass today seems to be all about political correctness. 20-30 years ago, most people didn't think twice about saying words like "queer," "Jew," "n****," etc. The societal morality back then wasn't concerned about those things. Times have changed.

Rather than disparaging a race or religion, the F-word is a debasing and disparaging reference to sex. I suppose many people don't think of it that way at all - yes, some of the dictionary slang definitions for the word don't reference sex at all. But the origin of the word most clearly derives from sex. Some people (yes, including me) still consider sex to be a sacred and holy union between a husband and wife. The F-word is a frontal assault on the sacredness of that union - it takes something precious and trashes it into the gutter. It's a harsh, mean-spirited word that engenders absolutely nothing positive or of value. The word itself is a textbook definition of "offensive."

I don't expect anyone to back me up on this, but since you asked, I answered. Hope that helps you at least understand the perspective.
