It's all just so much hopeless striving: the impatience of youth. Enjoy your time in the weight room; enjoy your dinner after you're done working out. Time will pass, and eventually you will get bigger. It's not a race, there's no contest.
Like everything else we rush to be the "best." But the best is not an ascertainable goal when you are talking about your life: and the food you eat, what you put in your body - that is your life. So much striving. It's unnecessary. Who knows what sacrifice you are making to have a bigger arm? What if you develop some colon problem? What if you become one of these men who preen around, so focused on their outward appearance, so tan and false?
Slow and steady my friend. You will be fine.
