I'm looking for a pick in this round in exchange for just tommy points.
I see this as a reasonable offer as it's so late in the draft.

I am ready this time

nice try

select aq future stopper  tony allen ...

good pick.
thanks K nice to see someone is awake this late

Uh... y'all are nuts with the baby animal pics.... :P   ;)

Just to be clear though...Edgar is not picking Tony Allen, as he was chosen by the Bucks in Round 8.... When i saw his post i said "wow Tony Allen got left off my draft list?  I might fire myself." Then i checked. ;)

For anybody who is exceptionally bored, now might be a good time to start preparing your opening statement for the "GM press conferences" thread we'll do later.

Last year, each team prepared a post about their team, and people asked questions, which the GM would answer.  The opening blurbs included some or all of the following:

1. Roster / depth chart
2. Statistics
3. Pictures
4. Statement regarding drafting philosophy (building for the future, contending now, etc.)
5. Toughest decision
6. Best move (trade, pick, etc.) / worst move
7. Your outlook for this coming season

It can be as substantial or as abbreviated as you want it to be.

Yeah, I think that would be better.  Each division should have a "due date", and then people ask each of the GMs (individually or collectively) questions.  Each division would get their time in the sun for probably around 48 hours or so, before moving on to the next division, etc.

The wizards select future defensive stopper: Luc Mbah a Moute

Great pick at this point. He was one of three players left at the top of my draft board - great length, heart, a winner. I expect he'll become one of Skiles' favorites. Joel Alexander will have to earn his minutes.

hey so i'm new to all this this year and joined kinda late, so i have a couple questions...

what happens when the draft dust clears? are we setting up a voting system to decide what teams advance into/through the playoffs? (if so, do you open the voting to all of celticsblog? cuz i think that would be pretty cool)

Basically i'm just wondering where this all goes post-draft, thanks.
