J-chill (a potentially great nickname) could very well fill, better than any other free agents i believe, left by posey. moreover, j-chill is considerably younger than posey and will have a chance to mature with a vet squad (unlike the hawks) and will establish a formidable young core of players, in addition to rondo and perk.
frankly, i don't know anyone else on the market worth the mid level exception for what the c's are looking for.
