Bill Plaschke is Ticking Me Off

This guy has been nothing but Lakers, Lakers, and more Lakers for the LA Times.... I honestly doubt he could've named 5 players on the Clippers prior to last week.  I don't even care if his main assignment was the Lakers, he clearly has the freedom to cover the Clippers, but going through his recent articles and recent Clippers articles, he is nowhere to be seen as far back as the option went (Dec. 2007).

Now he puts out an article and a very denouncing toned video chiding Elton Brand for not resigning with the Clippers yet... suggesting Brand would be turning his back on his home and a city that has embraced him for the past 7 years?? 

Are you kidding me, Bill?  All it takes is a Lakers pummeling and a Baron Davis signing to seemingly make you swap sides on a whim, and you're grilling a guy that is trying to decide better a better team and $20 million dollars.

As an LA resident, I can honestly tell you that no one takes him seriously. Nothing he writes could be considered insightful, illuminating or even the slightest bit humorous.
