I think Pruitt will definately be on this team next year. I think he's an outstanding talent and has a chance to be a very effective bench player for us, perhaps at two positions. Might be a perfect swing guy. It might take him one more year, we might see it in his 3rd year but I think there is a chance we see it this coming year.

What I like about him:

1. cat quick on defense in the lanes
2. goes hard to the hole
3. great outside shot
4. better than expected passer
5. very cerebral player
6. most importantly, has a rep for making big shots in college.

you can't expect him to just step in and be able to run your offense without having any playing time. look how long it took tony allen to really show his game. pg is one of the hardest positions to learn. granted our rookies bbd and powe stepped in right away and contributed, pruitt cannot just grab rebounds like they do. he needs playing time in order to get better. he showed some nice flashes during the little time he played this year. he exploded and slashed well i remember and he also shot pretty well. i think he might turn into more of a house then a distributor. he's not a great ball handler or passer.
