Atkins
Battie

I agree on the rest of your list, but I had no problem with Atkins or Battie when they were here.  I'd be glad to have either one back if the money was reasonable.

Seeing as how we've lost PJ Brown to retirement I'd bring back Toine for a ring under the following circumstances

Gets in awesome shape

No jacking up threes

You forgot adding "when pigs fly".  What's that they say about teaching an old dog new tricks?

(Cool: two animal-related cliches in one post.)
Roy, that's all hogwash.

Antoine will never change his stripes. Once he's here, in two shakes of a lamb's tail, he go hog wild and will always try to get the lion's share of the team's shots. The guy gets my goat the way he tries to rule the roost. He'll have all the rest of his teammates running around like chickens with their heads cut off attempting to rebound his misses and then he'll strut around proud as a peacock when he hits the very occasional three. Let's face it, the guys no spring chicken and yet he thinks he's the cat's meow. Danny would have to have bats in his belfrey to bring Antoine Walker and his snakelike Walker wiggle back. I mean, there's got to be other fish in the sea that don't run at a snail's pace anymore.

(Cool: 15 animal cliches!! You're turn)  ;D ;D ;D

ed pinckney...i really liked that guy when he actually showed up to play.  he could frustrate the hell out of charles barkley, and that's saying something.

Obviously, among current active players the ex-Celtics you'd most like to have back are Joe Johnson and Al Jefferson.

But among the realistic possibilities, the guy I want back is Delonte West.  Some other guys who could be useful veteran role players are Adrian Griffin, who has the ability to fill in at the point, and Mikki Moore.

I'm neutral on guys like Ryan Gomes (poor defender) and Dwayne Jones (decent backup center with no offensive game).

I want no part of Antoine Walker or Ricky Davis.
