I would have wanted to win the first game by 30, and then the second by 35. I would have then liked LA to start the 3rd game with a 20 point lead in the first q, and for the Celts to come back and win by 20. The press conferences after that one would have been a real blast. I would have then liked the 4th game to go exactly like the 6th game went.

Most importantly Id like to not play Atl next year.

I would have liked to have seen this series humble Phil Jackson and make him less arrogant. But it didn't.

I would have loved to have seen this series humble Kobe Bryant and make himless egotistical. But it won't.

I would have liked to have seen Red Auerbach alive to have witnessed it. But he wasn't.

I would have liked to have seen this team have gotten even more well dererved praise for their accomplishment because:

- GMs just don't turn around horrible teams to championship teams, ever.
- coaches just don't take 9 new guys including 2 superstars, meld them into 5 leftover players including one superstar, have everyone get along, sacrifice parts of their game and get then to buy into the team concept and then coach them to a championship in one year, ever.
- 3 newly introduced superstars just don't put their egos in the closet and give up the me mantle to become we and win a championship in one year, ever.
- because a group of role playing bench players don't go from being thrown together in one offseason to the best bench in the league in one offseason, ever.
- and lastly, because none of this ever happens collectively all in the same place, ever.

I would have liked to have been able to afford season tickets this year, I couldn't.

I would have liked to be there, seated next to the Celtics bench.

I don't think anything would top that 75 foot drive for a slam by Leon, but Scal getting in there would have been cool (although he did have that memorable press conference...). Honestly, I'm just glad that Rondo's ankle bounced back so we didn't have an entire summer of "let's find another team stupid enough to take Rondo off our hands so we can sign a crappy pg with a good outside shot" threads.

Serious. If Rondo has a bad game 6, that's all we'd hear all Summer. Fans are kind of fickle I must say.

I agree with the sentiment about being worried about Perk's shoulder. I wouldn't have minded KG just simply going OFF in this series and becoming a dominant low post big man and scoring like 50 a game. That would have been sweet. I've come to realize though that we should be happy with who KG is. If he was a more selfish player, he might not have fit well with Pierce and Ray. The three of them balance each other out well.

Oh one more thing. I would have liked the game to have ended after Big Baby's dunk followed by Tony's dunk. That put us up by 43 and would have been the biggest blowout in Final's history (maybe playoff history, but not sure). That Tony Allen dunk reminded me of when I used to play NBA JAM and you'd shatter the backboard on a dunk to end the game.

I would have liked to have gotten the starters back into the game before the very end of game 6, so that they could have been the ones on the floor celebrating as time expired and so that the fans could have had one defined moment to let it all out and cheer.

And I would have liked it if they had let the fans rush the floor.

But honestly, those are like memories of things I thought about Tuesday; I'm still floating so high off the ground, it's hard to convincingly say I'd change a thing.

I'm surprised people wanted the game to be closer and the series to go 7.  I couldn't take that.  My nerves were shattered from watching this entire NBA playoffs.  I had to sit through a game 7 against Atlanta, game 7 against Cleveland, a dogfight of a series against Detroit, watch them almost blow a 24 point lead in Game 2, watch them come back from 24 down in game 4...so i was SO relieved to not have to sweat out this game 6.  It helped me relax and enjoy the moment.  I couldn't have picked a better script to finish the season.

I was a nervous reck for game 6, had their been a game seven I would have had to go to rehab.I wanted it to be done in 5 but it was nice to win it at home with the crowd in all. Loved the fact that it was a blowout. Had it was close all the LA fans woulda been complaining about a call or something. Game 6 left no doubt who was the better team. Good to see everyone get in the game and contribute in so way. Woulda never seen the gatorade shower in a close game. Wouldn't have changed a thing.

I would have been 100% rooting for Sasha and I didn't think that was possible.

I would have liked to see Scal get on the floor and produce in some small way.

me too, although I think next year he will get his chance. I would have also liked to see unedited footage of the laker's locker room after game 4 and game 6.
